HOUSEKEEPER – Live Out, Full Time Permanent Housekeeper for our Client in Chelsea, London SW3

On behalf of a client, Franklin London are seeking an experienced, professional Housekeeper for the Chelsea home of a businessman and small household.

You will work with the Head Housekeeper carrying out the cleaning and upkeep of their beautiful home, and assisting with wardrobe management, laundry, and other general household tasks.

You will have a wealth of experience in a similar role in private households. Experience in 5* hotel housekeeping would also be welcome. A great eye for detail is essential, along with a desire to take pride in a job done to the highest standards. You will be pro-active, and willing to help wherever needed.

A warm, enthusiastic personality will fit in well, being able to work well with others but equally happy to work alone at times. Proven ability to take charge of situations and oversee contractors and tradespeople will be required. Computer literacy is important, with the necessary skills to make online purchases securely.

It is a full-time, live-out, permanent, salaried role of 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday.

Competitive salary of £14.00 per hour gross. Negotiable depending on experience.

A uniform is provided. Occasional travel to Italy will be required (approx. 4-6 weeks per year)

HOUSE MANAGER IN VENICE – Live Out Full Time Permanent House Manager for Luxury Apartment in Venice

On behalf of our client, Franklin London are seeking an experienced, professional House Manager to look after a large, luxury apartment in Venice. Italy. This is a permanent position, based in Venice, Italy.

This is a secondary property, so for much of the time the Principal will be absent. Your role is to take care of the property, ensure all necessary maintenance and planned repairs are carried out and that the property is kept to the highest of standards at all time. The Principal will visit this property several times each year for a few weeks at a time. Whilst they are in residence, you will be on hand to care for all their needs and ensure the seamless running of all aspects of the household.

This is a marvellous role for a House Manager at the top of their game, who enjoys working to very high standards and would like to live in one of the most beautiful places in the world.

The ideal candidate will be well-presented and highly organised; someone who can be pro-active when necessary but also happy to take specific direction when required by the Principal. You will be hard working and have excellent time management skills.

Meticulous attention to detail is a must, as is proven experience in a similar role, running private households, managing contractors and all aspects of housekeeping.

Competitive salary of £45,000-£50,000 (equiv in Euros) gross. Package & other benefits negotiable depending on experience.

HOUSE MANAGER IN MONACO – Live Out Full Time Permanent House Manager for small household in Monaco

On behalf of our client, Franklin are seeking a candidate for the position of Senior House Manager for a small household based in Monaco, with occasional travel to Switzerland and the UK.

The main focus of the role is to ensure the seamless working of the household and life of your Employers. Meticulous attention to detail is a must, as is proven experience in running private households, managing domestic staff and wardrobe management.

You will be required to oversee and direct the existing household staff (housekeepers and chef), create staff rotas, ensure all tasks are carried out to the highest standards, make travel & social arrangements, travel ahead of the Principals on occasion and ensure continuity in all residences. On other occasions you will travel with either or both of the Principals and assist them on their journey.

You will be well-presented, highly organised and adaptable, someone who can be pro-active when necessary but also happy to take specific direction when required by the Principal.

The role is based from their home in Monaco but you must be willing and able to travel for several weeks at a time on a regular basis with the Principals to London and Switzerland and occasionally worldwide. Fluent English is essential and French is helpful but not required.

Salary package negotiable for the right candidate.

Competitive salary of £50,000-£60,000 (equiv in Euros) gross. Package & other benefits negotiable depending on experience.

HOUSEKEEPER & COOK – Live In, Full Time, Permanent Housekeeper / Cook for our Client in North London HA6

On behalf of our client, Franklin London are seeking an experienced, Housekeeper & Cook to assist with the running of a large family home.

This is a wonderful chance to play a key role in the family home with your own 1-bedroom flat provided as accommodation.

You will be responsible for daily cooking, cleaning and tidying.

It is a relaxed but busy household requiring the candidate to be flexible, confident, willing to get stuck-in, with a good eye for detail and ability to prioritise workload.

The main focus of the role is preparing informal lunches and more formal dinners on a daily basis, cleaning throughout, making beds, tidying and laundry.

The role requires you to be hands-on, with flexibility and energy in order to properly carry out all the duties involved, whilst being prepared to alter your priorities to fit in with the needs of the household.

A competitive salary of £30,000- 35,000 is offered for the role. Accommodation is provided, comprised of a 1-bedroom flat in the house, with its own separate entrance.

5 days per week (negotiable): Wednesday – Sunday

Hours 7.30am-7.00pm with 1.5 hours of breaks during the day
