- Regular assistance to organise a yearly classical music event held in the private home of a client for fundraising. Franklin assists with the guest list, writing and sending of invitations, staffing, catering, floristry, marquees, seating and security. Franklin staff attend in person in the evening to oversee the event and to provide direct assistance as required to the host and guests.
- Arranging a yearly Christmas soirée for a client in their home. Franklin dresses the home with a Christmas theme to the client’s preference, arranging a private chef for catering and a mixologist/bar person for drinks, oversee the provisioning of food and quality wines and champagnes, hires the waiting staff, and attends in-person to provide direct assistance as required to the host and guests.
- Research and recommend entertainment options for a child’s themed birthday party, organise bespoke gift bags and party décor and themed children’s entertainer. Franklin arranges for staff to set-up, wait and clear away.
- Organising a Grand Prix viewing event for our clients and their guests at their newly purchased property in Monaco. Furnishing the property appropriately for guests to stay (personal shopping for furniture, linens, tableware etc), stocking the kitchen with provisions, arranging a private chef and waiting staff to attend throughout the stay.
Arranging private travel and transfers for the client and guest’s arrival and departure, VIP guest passes to Grand Prix event parties, and booking local Monaco restaurants.
