Michael leads Franklin with a vision rooted in the highest traditions of service. He served within the Royal Household, where trust is earned through consistency and precision is expected without exception.
Over the past 25 years he has brought those standards to private household management, staffing and property oversight for families and individuals across London.

Chloe Caldwell
Chloe trained in legal and financial advisory at a legal firm before working as a PA to high-profile creative industry clients in London. She speaks three languages and now runs Franklin day-to-day, providing private and family-office support to clients
